Privacy Policy

VisiCore Technology Group (“VisiCore”, “we”, “us”) runs www.visicoretech.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers the public website only. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement between VisiCore and the client, and the X10 client portal has its own terms.

What we collect

• Contact form. The form on our Contact page opens a pre-addressed email in your own mail app containing the name, work email, company, topic and message you typed, plus the part number of any service brief you arrived from. This website does not store or transmit the form itself. The email you send reaches info@visicoretech.com and is kept as ordinary business correspondence.
• Booking a time. The booking widget on the Contact page is provided by Calendly. Details you enter there are collected by Calendly under the Calendly privacy policy, and Calendly shares the booking with us so we can hold the meeting.
• Videos. Videos are embedded through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you press play. Playing a video loads content from Google under the Google privacy policy.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, under the Vercel privacy policy. We use those logs only to keep the site running and secure.
• Cookies and analytics. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The Calendly widget and embedded videos may set their own cookies when you use them.

How we use information

To answer your inquiry, schedule and deliver services, keep records of our business relationship, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information, and contacting us does not add you to a mailing list.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site and its features, which today means Vercel (hosting), Calendly (booking) and Google (video), each under the policy linked above. Professional advisers where needed, and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails and booking records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate reason to keep them, then deleted. Server logs are retained by our host for a short period.

Your choices

Email info@visicoretech.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to tell us not to contact you again. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry email is limited to the people who need it to respond.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
